Total scam. Do not use! Save your money and use Task Rabbit!!!
Easily the worst moving experience I have had. First, the truck they used to move all of our stuff in broke down for two hours. Next, they asked me to drive them to the west side of Manhattan to grab a new truck (which I was willing to do to speed up the process). Then, they refused to discount us after several phone calls to the owner John.
Great experience each move. Trucks on time and movers were careful and courteous.
I would suggest NEVER using them.
